Follow the Star - Lucie Heaton

10 days to go until Christmas day!!
I hope you're all ready??

So, here is my latest finish: a meaningful little design from the Nativity
This is one of the 4 designs available, I so wish I had time to stitch them all!!

Follow the Star from Lucie Heaton,
Patterns are from the Christmas issue of Cute Cross Stitch magazine

Mine was stitched on Zweigart 28 ct Brittney Navy fabric
Worked 2 over 2, using all listed DMC colours
Except for the Star, for which I use DMC metallic E677

In the magazine, these were initially finished as Christmas cards
but I decided to mount mine as a flat ornament, with cording made of DMC E677

This will be offered to my tadpole's teacher as a little Christmas present!

Happy Stitching!
Mii

Follow the Star de Lucie Heaton

    1. Thanks Isabella! It is a simple flat ornament. Look out for tutorials on the web or You Tube. I use strong & thin cardboard for mine for front & back. You also need padding... The way of assembling it all together is literally like making a sandwich :)
