JEC SAL anyone?

I just bought the latest issue of TWOCS and
found the little 2015 desk calendar free gift.
Oooh, these Joan Elliott designs are so cute!
Impossible to resist!
I have decided to stitch one a month over the coming new year

Now, because I'm worried I might just give up on the idea,
I am looking for volunteers to keep me on tracks!

Yes, like a JEC SAL (Joan Elliott Calendar)

So? Who is with me??

All you need is the latest issue of TWOCS!!

This is a fun SAL, there is absolutely nothing to win,
just the joy of stitching 12 small adorable designs.

All you have to do is post your monthly finish and try to stitch the 12 patterns

PS: Vickie, have you seen the Cupid Poodle for February??? So sweet!!!

Let me know if you want to join me!

Edit: If no one is interested, it's fine! I'll just stitch the few months I really like best ☺

Toodles,
Mii

  1. That's a very good idea but I'll pass on joining you as, although I admit they are really cute, they are not my sort of thing.
However (and I hope you don't mind me posting it here!) if anyone wants to join in who doesn't have the charts I will send you mine knowing that they will be going to a good home for a JEC SAL next year.
Drop me a line - first come first served!

    1. Hi Rachel! Yes, I fully understand that the designs might not be to anyone's taste. I must admit there are some I like more than others, so I've decided if no one wants to join the SAL that I will only be stitching the months I like best :)
It's really kind of you to offer your set to anyone who could be interested in the SAL.
Have a lovely weekend, full of little crosses xx

    2. Hi I am very interested in joining this SAL but I am unable to get the charts here in Poland. I will be very glad to have them and I promise to do all of them in the proper time, posting my work on my blog.

    1. Oooh, it's entirely up to you sweetie! They are small, so it should be feasible to include them in our monthly plans. I'll only go ahead with this SAL if there are volunteers, otherwise I'll just stitch my few favourite ones :) No pressure!!!

  13. C'est plutôt mignon, mais je ne suis pas trop tenace pour la broderie et je sais que je ne tiendrai pas les objectifs, alors je préfère t'encourager à chaque publication bises et bonne soirée

  19. I would love to join in this with you.... but as yet the magazine hasn't arrived in Australia! I am hoping that when it does that they have sent the calendar but often these wonderful freebies don't get sent overseas and we miss out... so I am keeping my fingers and toes crossed! If I don't get the charts I will just have to watch your progress and drool!! :o)
