Collect Moments - Lizzie Kate

Good afternoon Peeps!

Now that my CJC 2016 is finished and that
I have gone back to my normal stitching rhythm,
I can show you my first finish out of the 15.

Collect Moments
from Lizzie Kate

Stitched on 16 count Aida fabric
Tin colour, from Sew It All

2 over 1 with DMC threads

Started & finished on 2nd Jan 2016
Total stitching time: No idea as I wasn't yet keeping track!

Finished off as a pinkeep
Using Tilda fabric & pink trim from stash
The backing fabric is the one showing on my first picture.

I am currently working on a small Easter exchange piece, however
I have already managed to finish off a second CJC 2016 piece.
Stay tuned!

Toodles,
Mii

The pattern is slightly different, so no it isn't exactly ric rac. It's true that my pictures don't really show it.
It's just a lovely little trim that I happened to have in my stash and was a good match for the finishing :)

Ironically, the saying is probably lost on most of us cross stitchers who still continue to collect far too much stash!!! :)
